A mountain park and branching greenways form the primary framework of the university city. Education, a northern business district and a western creative-industry district are organised as three interdependent areas, connecting study and research with industry, commerce and residential life.
A shared educational greenway links institutional facilities, public centres and neighbourhoods through a pedestrian network, reducing duplication between campuses. The rational branching structure allows natural landscapes to penetrate development; roads and open spaces also establish continuous ventilation corridors. Buildings respond through orientation, shading and natural ventilation. By joining shared resources, ecological continuity and terrain-responsive urban form, the plan treats higher education as part of a connected town rather than a collection of isolated campuses.
