Danxia Exhibition Center brings the impression of red cliffs and changes in terrain into its interiors through red enclosures, courtyards and a stepped exhibition route. Rooms gather around a central court; stairs and corridors connect different levels, alternating galleries with covered walks and open space.
Red skylight enclosures direct light towards graphics, display plinths and interactive exhibits. In the stepped corridor, horizontal frosted-glass openings soften daylight through a red sandstone wall. A yellow sloping ceiling and dark grey steps emphasise its depth. Changes in light and scale distinguish focused viewing from places to pause.
